📋 What information we hold
- 🌿Your account: your email address, name, and password.
- 🌿Your Diverse Digs profile: the display name you choose, your role (room seeker, household, or landlord), and your city or area.
- 🌿Your sensory and social preferences: things like sound, light, smell, clutter, and how you like to spend time with housemates.
- 🌿What you write: your messages, posts, reviews, and any Living Contracts you agree to.
- 🌿Anything you upload as evidence in a safety report. This is private storage with no public link.
🧠 How we store your sensory profile
- 🌿Your identity (name and email) is stored separately from your sensory and social preferences.
- 🌿Your real name stays hidden from other members until you both say it's a match.
- 🌿We never ask for a diagnosis, medical records, or proof of any condition. What you tell us is taken at face value.
🚫 What we never do
- 🌿We never sell, rent, or trade your data to anyone. Ever.
- 🌿We never send you 'we miss you' emails or guilt you for resting.
- 🌿We never show other members your energy state or that you are in Rest Mode.
- 🌿We never let anyone ask you for money, bank details, or identity documents in chat. The app blocks these messages automatically.
🤝 Your rights over your data
- 🌿You can see and change your profile, preferences, and language settings at any time in Settings or My Profile.
- 🌿You can delete your account yourself, in the app, in Settings. This deletes your profile, listings, messages, saved homes, posts, and reviews you wrote. You do not need to contact us first.
- 🌿If you want a copy of your data, contact us and we will provide it.
🕊️ Safety and reports
- 🌿If you report something unsafe, we keep only what is needed to handle the report, including any evidence you uploaded.
- 🌿Reports are handled by a small number of trained staff. Access is limited to what is needed to keep people safe.
- 🌿We keep basic technical logs (like sign-in activity) for security. These are deleted automatically over time.
